Question 1

What's the difference between a limousine and a chauffeur service?

Accepted Answer

While both offer luxury transportation, a chauffeur service is typically focused on professional, discreet, and highly personalized executive travel using premium sedans or SUVs (like a black car service). A limousine service often refers to stretch vehicles used for celebrations, weddings, and group events. At Limo Me, we provide both: elite chauffeur services for corporate and airport travel, alongside stunning limousines for special occasions.

Question 2

How early should I book a Vancouver airport chauffeur?

Accepted Answer

For standard YVR airport transfers, we recommend booking your chauffeur at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. However, during peak travel seasons, holidays, or major Vancouver events, booking 1 to 2 weeks ahead ensures you secure your preferred vehicle type. We do accommodate last-minute requests whenever our fleet availability permits.

Question 3

Can I reserve a chauffeur for multiple stops or by the hour?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our hourly chauffeur service is perfect for itineraries with multiple stops, such as corporate roadshows, real estate tours, or evenings out in downtown Vancouver. You simply reserve the vehicle for a set number of hours, and your dedicated driver will remain on standby, ready to transport you to each destination at your own pace.

Question 4

What is your cancellation policy for private transportation?

Accepted Answer

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. At Limo Me, we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our clients. For standard airport transfers and point-to-point rides, cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours incur a 50% charge, and those made less than 12 hours prior are fully chargeable. Special events, weddings, and large group transportation may have different cancellation terms outlined in your booking agreement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation.

Question 5

Do you provide airport pickups at Vancouver International (YVR)?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We specialize in premium airport transfers to and from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Our services cover the Domestic, International, and South terminals, as well as private aviation FBOs like Signature Flight Support and Landmark Aviation. We offer both curbside pickup for quick departures and our signature Meet & Greet service inside the terminal.

Question 6

Do chauffeurs monitor delayed flights?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we utilize advanced real-time flight tracking technology for all YVR airport pickups. When you provide your flight number during booking, our dispatch team and your assigned chauffeur monitor your flight's status continuously. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur automatically adjusts their arrival time so you are never left waiting.

Question 7

Where do I meet my chauffeur at YVR?

Accepted Answer

For our Meet & Greet service at YVR, your chauffeur will be waiting in the designated arrivals greeting area for either domestic or international flights, holding a sign with your name or company logo. If you opt for curbside pickup, your chauffeur will coordinate with you via text message once you have collected your luggage. They will direct you to the designated limousine pickup zones just outside the terminal doors. Our goal is to make your transition from the airport to your destination as seamless and efficient as possible.

Question 8

What vehicles are available in your fleet?

Accepted Answer

Our meticulously maintained luxury fleet is designed to accommodate a variety of transportation needs. We offer Executive Business Sedans (perfect for 1-2 passengers), Full-Size Luxury SUVs like the Cadillac Escalade (ideal for up to 6 passengers with luggage), classic Stretch Limousines (seating up to 8 passengers for special events), and Executive Passenger Vans like the Mercedes Sprinter (accommodating up to 14 passengers for group travel). Every vehicle is late-model, fully insured, and equipped with premium amenities to ensure your comfort.

Question 9

Are your chauffeurs licensed and background-checked?

Accepted Answer

Yes, passenger safety and security are our top priorities. Every chauffeur at Limo Me undergoes a rigorous vetting process before getting behind the wheel. This includes comprehensive criminal background checks, regular driving record reviews, and specialized training in defensive driving and VIP customer service. Furthermore, all our drivers hold the necessary commercial licensing required by the province of British Columbia to operate luxury passenger vehicles. You can trust that you are in the hands of a true professional.

Question 10

Do you provide transportation to Whistler from Vancouver?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our Vancouver to Whistler transportation service is highly popular. We utilize premium Full-Size SUVs and Executive Passenger Vans equipped for winter driving conditions on the Sea-to-Sky Highway. This ensures a safe, comfortable, and scenic journey to the mountains with ample room for your luggage and ski equipment.

Question 11

Can I book transportation for business executives?

Accepted Answer

We offer dedicated corporate accounts, discreet VIP service, and reliable point-to-point transfers for meetings in downtown Vancouver's financial district. Our chauffeurs understand the importance of punctuality and confidentiality for our corporate clients.
